Hotel Regulations

We kindly ask you to read the following information:

1. The hotel guest is obliged to show the reception employee a document with a photo confirming the guest’s identity before their check-in. Should the guest refuse to present the document in a way enabling the check-in, the receptionist is obliged to withold the issuing of the room key.

2. The hotel room is rented on a daily basis. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival until 12:00 (midday) the next day.

3. If the Guest does not specify the duration of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day.

4. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of the arrival should be reported to the reception desk by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the rental expiry, however, it is not binding. The hotel will take into account the request to extend the stay within its possibilities.

5. Staying in the room or leaving personal items there after 12:00 is treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 12:00, the Reception computer program will charge a fee for half a day of room rental.

6. A hotel guest cannot transfer the room to another person, even if the hotel day for which he has paid has not expired.

7. Persons who are not registered may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (22:00).

8. The stay of unregistered persons in the hotel guest’s room after 10 p.m. (22:00) is tantamount to the tenant’s consent to accommodate these persons in the room for a fee. Each person will be accommodated at the price of an extra bed from the price list available at the hotel reception.

9. The hotel observes a night silence from 10 p.m. (22:00) to 6:00 a.m. the next day.

10. During the quiet hours, guests and persons using the hotel’s services are obliged to behave in such a way so as not to disturb the peace of stay of other guests in any way.

11. The hotel guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and facilities resulting both from their own fault as well as that of persons visiting them.

12. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices that are not part of the equipment in the particular room and other hotel areas. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.

13. Open fires are prohibited on the premises without the consent of the hotel management.

14. Each time the Guest leaves the room, they are expected to check the door lock and make sure it is closed. The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to items brought by the Guest to the hotel is regulated by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The hotel’s liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and other items for safekeeping, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, should they pose a threat to safety or be of too high a value in relation to the size or standard of the hotel, or take up too much space.

15. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Reception, which will enable the Hotel to act accordingly.

16. Breakfast and buffet meals are served at the hotel restaurant during limited hours. We kindly ask you not to take food outside the restaurant. The exception to this is additionally ordered room service delivered to the room by the hotel staff upon the Guest’s request.

17. The hotel reserves the restriction for guests not to bring food as well as alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages into the rooms or onto the resort premises for consumption purposes.

18. Personal items left in the hotel room by the departing Guest will be sent back at their expense to the address indicated by him. If such an instruction is not received, the hotel will store the items for 3 months, after which time they will be donated to charity or for public use.

19. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the regulations, the hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. This person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the hotel staff, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and destruction caused, and leave the hotel premises.

20. Should the odor of tobacco smoke be discovered in the Guest’s room, the Guest will be charged with the costs of disinfection and dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 900.

21. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the hotel regulations, causing damage to the property of the Hotel or Guests or personal injury to Guests, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the Hotel.
