Classic massage – primarily used for musculoskeletal disorders. Using classic massage techniques also positively affects the circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems.
Fascial massage – a type of massage involving stretching and massaging connective tissues and/or fascia. The result of fascial massage is a reduction of tension throughout the body.
Relaxation massage – reduces muscular and nervous tension, relaxes the mind, lowers stress levels, and induces a feeling of relaxation. The massage helps, among others, to alleviate pain, improve blood circulation, and stimulate the lymphatic system.

What is Viofor magnetotherapy based on?

Proper cellular metabolism is a condition for a long and healthy life. Peat compresses – have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, relax muscles. Heated therapeutic peat is applied to the treatment area, which is then wrapped in foil. Both full and partial wraps are used.
Inhalations – during rehabilitation, we offer you unlimited access to the indoor brine graduation tower located in Saltaris SPA. The aerosol produced as a result of brine evaporation supports the regeneration of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract, positively affects the body's immunity, and the nervous system.

Magnetic field – the treatment has anti-edema, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects, additionally it improves the wound healing process and stimulates the immune system.

Laser therapy – using a laser beam directed at the treatment area, the healing processes of the rehabilitated area are stimulated. Laser therapy has anti-edema, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects, accelerates tissue regeneration, improves microcirculation, and stimulates immune processes.

Electrotherapy with TENS currents – using a device generating low-frequency currents, sensory nerves are transcutaneously electrostimulated, effectively reducing pain sensation.

Ultrasound – ultrasound waves acting on deeper body structures have an analgesic effect. This treatment also stimulates cellular repair processes.

Local cryotherapy – involves circular movements of the treatment area with vapors of cooled gas (usually liquid nitrogen). Cold therapy is used, among other things, to relieve pain associated with degenerative joint conditions or bruised muscles.

Lymphatic massage of the lower limbs and torso – the therapist performs it using a device for intermittent pneumatic compression. The procedure aims to stimulate blood and lymph circulation. The cuffs of the massaging device perform a compression massage, which involves alternating pressure and relaxation of the air-filled cuff.

Physiotherapist with special structured tapes applies them to selected body parts. The purpose is to reduce discomfort, restore proper muscle function, and improve blood and lymph flow, which leads to enhanced tissue regeneration.

Therapeutic exercises are conducted under the supervision of a therapist, individually tailored to the patient's abilities and needs. Their main result is the reduction and prevention of musculoskeletal complaints. They also work great as rehabilitation for the respiratory, nervous, urinary, and cardiovascular systems. Depending on the specific situation, they can serve as the primary therapeutic measure or as a complement to other therapeutic treatments. At Villa Park MED&SPA, as part of kinesitherapy, therapists also present self-therapy methods, i.e., independently performing exercises at home to prevent the recurrence of complaints.
