Technical and Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining in proper technical condition the assigned devices, technical installations, and rooms located in buildings belonging to the hotel,
  • Performing minor installation and repair works,
  • Eliminating failures and defects, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
  • Reporting any failures and defects on an ongoing basis within the facility.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of electrical, electrotechnical, air conditioning, and water-sewage installations is welcome,
  • Experience in hotel technical operations is an additional advantage
  • Ability to work in a team, care for entrusted property, personal culture, experience in this position is welcome, responsible approach to work, diligence, honesty, and availability
  • Experience in building technical maintenance is welcome,
  • Category B driving license
