A special rehabilitation program designed for people experiencing discomfort and pain in the musculoskeletal system, spine, or limbs.
The program is perfect for both seniors and young people suffering from ailments due to a sedentary lifestyle. Every day of the stay is filled with massages, treatments, and exercises. Plus wonderful relaxation in a luxurious Medical SPA.
The Premium Preventive Package includes
- 6 nights (7 days) in a single room,
- Full board during the stay at the renowned Preludium Restaurant: breakfast, lunch soup, dinner based on the Daily Menu,
- Unlimited access to the Pool Zone,
- Access to the outdoor pool in summer,
- Relaxation in the jacuzzi overlooking the Spa Park,
- Sauna sessions and the possibility to use the ice bucket,
- Unlimited access to the Cardio Zone.
Consultation and Treatment Package
- Consultation with a physiotherapist,
- Daily morning group kinesitherapy in the pool supervised by a physiotherapist,
- 3 x KMI Structural Integration (ATSI)
- 2 x partial classic massage,
- 5 x individual kinesitherapy sessions with a physiotherapist – 30 minutes each,
- 4 x physical therapy treatments (according to therapist's recommendation: local cryotherapy, magnetotherapy, currents, ultrasound, laser, TENS),
- 5 x partial peloid (mud) compress or brine bath according to specialist's recommendation.
