When December chill and pre-Christmas rush ruled outside the windows, time flowed to a completely different rhythm in our hotel interiors.
In December, we took you on an extraordinary journey that allowed you to forget the winter weather and transport yourself to lands full of warmth, aromatic spices, and excellent food. It was a time when culinary imagination knew no limits, and every weekend became an opportunity to discover new flavors.
We began our adventure with a cruise towards the Mediterranean Sea pool. Especially memorable was the evening of December 6th, when the restaurant was filled with the scent of fresh herbs, garlic, and olive oil. Our guests could feel the atmosphere of southern elegance while enjoying dishes inspired by Italian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. The most exciting moment was live cooking, during which chefs served mussels in an aromatic tomato-wine sauce straight from the hot pan and thin slices of aged Serrano ham, cut to special order. The experience was completed by live music, whose sounds on Saturday evenings put everyone in a blissful, almost holiday-like mood of relaxation.
Quite a different energy came with the time dedicated to Mexican cuisine. These evenings pulsed with the rhythm of fiesta, spiciness, and joy of life. We mentally transported ourselves to Latin America, where intense colors and distinctive flavors reigned. The Head Chef ensured the authenticity of the experience, and the culinary show gathered many food lovers. Together we watched the making of perfect mini tortillas with grilled chicken, melting cheese, and crunchy vegetables. It was an experience full of fire that effectively warmed the senses.
Complementing these culinary impressions were moments spent in our SPA. The December offer allowed guests deep regeneration. Many of you enjoyed the refreshing Lemon Paradise ritual, which combined a peeling treatment with a relaxing massage, evoking citrus groves. The enveloping warm candle massage scented with grapes and exclusive illuminating treatments with gold particles were also very popular.
