Organisers can use six conference rooms. The three Park Rooms can be combined to create a space of up to 200 m². Smaller rooms are suitable for workshops, discussions and group work when participants need separate areas for completing tasks.
For a management meeting, discussions with partners or an intimate training session, you can choose the 30 m² Business Room. Its panoramic windows overlook the Spa Park.
All conference rooms have natural daylight and can be darkened. Depending on the room selected, a projector with screen or monitor and sound system are available. We agree the equipment and connection method before the event.

The event programme can include coffee breaks and a served or banquet dinner at Restauracja Preludium. We arrange the menu and meal times with the organiser so they fit the planned presentations, workshops and free time.
A shared dinner is an opportunity to meet people from other departments or company branches. During meetings with clients and business partners, it also allows you to return to topics for which there was not enough time during the official conference programme.
Participants’ dietary requirements should be reported in advance so that available menu options can be agreed. While preparing the offer, we will also discuss how the meals will be served and the schedule for the evening part of the meeting.
After the conference – Saltaris SPA and a walk in the Spa Park
After the meetings, participants can relax in the Saltaris SPA Area. The brine pool, jacuzzi, saunas and indoor brine graduation tower let everyone plan their free time according to their preferences. An outdoor pool is also available in summer.

Yes, the hotel has a car park. The conditions for group use are agreed when booking the event. Please report a planned coach arrival in advance to confirm parking availability.
